What Exactly IS Your Idea of Fun?

Because honestly, it’s been a bit blurry for me at the moment. I love blogging, I love writing, I obviously love drawing and illustrating. As for fun? Honestly no. I take blogging and drawing rather seriously, and its not just a filler in my life. (call me lifeless) They are my life. At least it’s what I want my life to be.
Back to the title. What’s your idea of fun? What’s your kind of fun? What’s something that you do to lift all of the clouds from your head and the burdens on your shoulder?

I’m still trying to find my definition of fun too, I’m kind of stuck but I figure something will come along eventually.
Yes I agree, the harder you look for fun, the further it runs away from you
I have been so caught up with working only ( started own blog, write for others) that fun has been the last thing on my mind.
But since I enjoy the work… does it equal fun?
But to think about it….. maybe fun would be to buy some art for home, and sit in a cafe with salad and soup

Yes, exactly what happened to me. Honestly I even spent the holidays blogging and drawing. I enjoy it, I’m just not sure it equals fun.
You have such a great blog, following you on BL also!
My idea of fun? Blogging is definitely one of them since taking street style pictures is kind of funny.
xx
My idea of fun is visit museums, play video games, play with my cat, do some DIY and paper craft ! These kind of things always makes me happy !

Haha yess! We actually have pretty similar “idea” of fun. I guess sometimes I wish for something a little bit more different and challenging, that’s all
I love your image of “fun”, haha!
Much like you, art is something I take seriously. I don’t take pictures or draw “for fun”. If anything, it’s more therapeutic (drawing in particular). But I guess if I were to really list what I do to enjoy myself I would first list going to the cinema, nice restaurants, and the occasional dance night.
Ahh yes, the occasional getaway really do make them fun! haha I understand what you said about drawing being therapeutic. For me, it’s more like a moral obligation (wtf) or something like that. It just doesn’t feel right when I’m not doing it.
